Thank you for shopping with Lehua Ohana Travel Shop! We're committed to getting your travel gear to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping (US): 5–10 business days
Expedited Shipping (US): 2–5 business days
International Shipping: 10–21 business days (varies by destination)

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $75.

International Orders

We ship internationally to most countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at lehuaohanatravel@outlook.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
